School climate refers to the quality and character of school life. It has been described as “the heart and soul” of the school … that essence of a school that leads a child, a teacher, and an administrator to love the school and to look forward to being there each school day.
Value Up would love the opportunity to assist you in creating and maintaining such a culture.
The Value Up School Culture building tool kit is our way to ensure that the powerful message, stories and trainings that the Value Up Assembly brings, will not just fade away. There are plenty of good speakers out there that could speak at your school but we want our message to be sustainable through out the school year. Through curriculum, leadership and staff training, on going discussions, books and leadership development, our desire is to have a lasting impact on school culture through our tool kit.

The social climate of a school affects so many aspects of the learning experience, but it is the one thing that is very hard for administrators to control. No matter how many good intentions we have as adults, social culture for students is mostly established by what they say to one another. So how do we get students to say positive things to one another? First, we inspire a Value Up perspective with our powerful presentations and trainings; then we follow up with our tool kit.
