Wrist Rise - What armwrestlers need most
5
What ARMWRESTLERS Need MOST.
Winning the high ground is the most powerful and rewarding single movement you can achieve over your opponent.
Having stronger wrist rise than your opponent unlocks complete control over your choice for what shape the match will take.
Like in every fight, when you take the high ground, you seize control of leverage and, from there, have easier access to inertia. Your offensive drives become more significant, and your ability to contain and counter attack is amplified.
Of all the individual strengths in armwrestling, despite wrist rise alone having very little force potential, it's affect, when dominant comparible to your opponent is tremendous.
Moral of the story.....develop immense wrist rise.
