50 Reps of Squats with 225lbs
50 Reps of Bench with 185lbs
50 Reps of Deadlifts with 315lbs
Take as many breaks as you need. With that said if you are new or have injuries you can drop the weight, do front squats, or body weight squats vs. back squats; DB Flat Bench or Push Ups vs. Flat Barbell Bench; and Finally Band or DB Romanian Deadlifts or Trap Bar deadlifts vs. Conventional deadlifts.
