Professional Panhandlers CAUGHT Switching Plates? I Flew A Sign Too And They Left! | Jason Asselin

June 1, 2023 this family showed up to town "Out Of Gas", days after spending time is Escanaba and Marinette. They had temp Colorado tags over a real Colorado plate on their minivan, but today they have Texas tags! They are switching license plates.. Isn't THAT illegal? Yesterday I didn't keep up on them, but they did "work" 8 hours on this shift next to Walmart and Tractor Supply.. I decided that IF they came back today, I'd make a sign and go stand near them. What happens next was crazy!
