craaaaaaaaaazy story from yesterday, had to share, hopefully this never happens to you.

🌟 I RECOMMEND YOU DO THESE THINGS RIGHT NOW:
1) Call your cell phone provider, add any & all additional security layers possible + ask them to add a note to your account that sim cards should not be issued if you're not in-person in a store
2) If you hold crypto on an exchange, move it to a hardware wallet that you retain physical custody of
3) On any & all valuable accounts, add authenticator apps (if supported) like Google Authenticator (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.authenticator2&hl=en_US&gl=US) or Authy (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.authy.authy&hl=en_US&gl=US)
4) Add backup methods to retain access to your accounts, like backup email addresses. These may come in handy if you ever find yourself in a similar situation
