Most people think of fields and barns when picturing a farm, but mushrooms can be grown anywhere - even in a city centre!

Join us in this video, where we join the team at Yorkshire Mushroom Emporium, based just a stone’s throw from the centre of Leeds.

We’ll hear about how they got started small in a converted garage, then scaled up after seeing some early profits from selling their fresh produce and grow kits.

They now have a scaled-up urban mushroom farm situated in a business unit, which they designed and built themselves.
