Welcome to the inaugural episode of the iamcompulsive Podcast. This channel will be dedicated to compulsive gambling/addiction, something I’ve struggled with for 20+ years.

In Episode 1 - "The Intro", Andy outlines his battle with gambling addiction, and discusses what he wants to provide for others out there struggling to control their gambling. Specifically building an online community, where compulsive gamblers/addicts like himself can come and listen to the stories of others, share their stories and build strength through the content he creates.

This isn't going to be an anti-gambling channel. There's many people out there who have a "healthy" relationship with gambling, and that's great! When it's no longer fun and starts effecting your life/the lives of your loved ones (as in Andy's case), it's time for change. Andy hopes the content he shares, the people he interviews and the news he dissects, will help those who haven't previously known where to turn. Compulsive gambling/addiction is truly a silent killer. Let's combat that together!
