The actual Catholic Church is the Mystical Body of Christ and is thus One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic. But the Novus Ordo Antichurch, that demonic entity spawned during Vatican II and now led by Antipope Francis, is a total counterfeit. This counterfeit has in turn spawned a counterfeit "pope" in Antipope Francis, that foul embodiment of Modernism (as condemned by actual Pope St. Pius X in his great 1907 Pascendi encyclical).

Actual popes must be actually Catholic. But as a manifest and pertinacious heretic, Francis isn't Catholic. Therefore Francis cannot possibly be an actual pope. One cannot be the head of a body of which one is not a member.

Moreover, since the heretical and sodomitical entity now led by Francis has manifestly been overcome by hell, this entity cannot possibly be the actual Catholic Church, since we're divinely assured (Mt. 16:18) that the actual Catholic Church cannot be overcome by hell. To call the Novus Ordo Antichurch the actual Catholic Church is to call Jesus Christ Himself a liar, since He assured us that the actual Catholic Church cannot be overcome by hell. The actual Catholic Church is once again in the catacombs.

It takes no ecclesiastical legal authority to recognize any of this manifest reality, any more than one must be a coroner to recognize the manifest reality of a stinking dead body. Nor is Francis "just a bad father." Rather, he isn't a father at all.
