Biggs: " I predicted this a year ago because a year ago in the Freedom Caucus, we were talking already about the debt ceiling, that we're going to be coming up to a debt ceiling. And Kevin McCarthy, whether it's budget or debt ceiling, every time, literally judge for 13 years that he's been in leadership, he was the point guy that would go over and cut the deal with the Democrats and we would be sold down the river."
