Are you onboard with Preventative Maintenance?
During a recent roof inspection, we found restricted drainage because the roof was not kept clean of process-exhaust residue.
The Building Owner was concerned to find out his drains were nearly plugged and causing roof drainage to be forced out through the overflow scuppers, and worried because the standing water on the roof will shorten the roof life.

They are looking to set up a Preventive Maintenance (PM) to remediate these conditions.
