Easy 3x12 110 Kgs Romanian Deadlifts. New PR!

This is a clip taken from my Block 1: Week 4 Comp Deadlift session. You can view the whole training session on my channel. Definitely have a lot more in me with this exercise, but I am of course not trying to completely destroy myself with these, haha. Mostly focusing on speed, and explosiveness with the lockout, and to try and carry that over to my conventional deadlift. I'll probably push these around 2.5 Kgs (maybe 5, if I am feeling really good every week, if possible to be safe. I'd love to eventually be able to hit 140 Kgs for 3x10-12 reps, someday. That'll be a sign of some good posterior chainz gainz.
