YOGA CAMP
Waves Women Empowerment had organized "YOGA CAMP" on 4th of September, 2021(Saturday) to encourage YOGA based life style to improve immunity. Our Yoga mentor was YOGACHARYA SHALLU.
In the YOGA CAMP, she taught different type of YOGA ASANAS to the people:
• Breathing & Pranayama (Anulom Vilom, Kapalabhati), • Joint movements (Neck movements, Shoulder rotation),
⚫ & Meditative practices....etc.
And she told us about their benefits also, like: • Increases Flexibility, Strength, and Balance
⚫ Fights Depression and Anxiety
• Promotes a Mind-Body Connections
• Lowers Stress Levels • Helps You Sleep Better
These YOGA exercises will not only strengthen our immunity system amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic but also improve our lungs capacity that will aide our breathing.
We are thankful to YOGACHARYA SHALLU ma'am for her valuable time and introducing us to Yoga. We appreciate her time & effort to educate us about the benefits & importance of Yoga in our life. The session was both enlightening and relaxing and was thoroughly enjoyed by our participants.
