Russia is reportedly developing an advanced 300-millimeter Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) called Sarma. The brand-new Sarma MLRS is planned to complement the existing MLRS in Moscow’s arsenal. Russian reports claim the brand-new Sarma MLRS can most likely outdo the HIMARS and the Tornado.
