You Are The Light of The World

In Today’s Reading, We Hear About Bartimaeus, A Blind Man Who Calls Out to Jesus for Healing. We Hear How the Crowd Tells Him to Be Quiet, But His Faith and Determination Wins Out in The End.

Jesus Stops and Says, “Call Him.” He Throws Aside His Cloak, Springs Up, And Comes to Jesus. Jesus Asks Him What He Wants and The Man Says “Master, I Want to See.” Jesus Then Says, “Go Your Way; Your Faith Has Saved You." Immediately, He Receives His Sight and Follows Jesus.

In This Passage We Hear of God’s Power Revealed in Jesus and How Faith Can Give Us Immense Strength. We Are All Called to Be Like Bartimaeus, To Have Faith in Jesus and To Call Out to Him Even in Our Darkest Moments.
