1 cup almond milk/low fat milk

1 cucumber
1 fist fresh spinach
Half lemon
1 cup pineapple
1 banana
1 tbspn chia seeds
Half tspn cinnamon powder
1 cup water
Smoothie #03 YELLOW SMOOTHIE
2 small mangoes
1 banana
1 tbspn peanut butter
3 tbspn yogurt
1 tbspn flaxseed
1 cup almond milk
