This is a workout from Adam's State track and field team during race week. This specific workout is at 7500 feet in Colorado and consists of 2 x 1K, 2 x 400m, 2 x 200m. As a comparison the 1K reps are roughly at 5K pace. This workout could be considered as a 5K workout or 1500m Workout.
