The Supernatural Power of Psychedelic Music

Some musick is ttransendental,,; we all probably can agree on that. But there are some bands that have achieved an almost mythical status; a reputation for not only transforming the consciousness of the listener, but actually having an almost supernatural influence. Many Grateful Dead fans, myself included, claim to have witnessed changes in the weather that were apparently precipitated by the music. Reports of telepathy, and other strang, parapsychological manifestations are reported by Tool, Grateful Dead, Phish, and a handful of other bands. And what do they have in common? LSD, mostly, both band and audience, as well as an interest in not just the occult, but a very specific occult lineage, one that can b e sort of generally classified as "The Mysteries." In fact, many other bands....all of the reallyy big ones, from Led Zepplin to Hall and Oates, but mostly the obnes that are the most timeless. What the hell is up with that? Well...I'll tell you.

One may be inclined to dismiss all of the more paranormal aspects of this stuff as the ravings of unhinged minds. Too much LSD, man. That's not it tho, I'm afraid. Once you have tapped in, these experience's come to be the norm, and often witnessed or experienced in large groups.
