Hello. This is a quick full body workout for those who want to get in shape and be always in good shape! The workout lasts 4 minutes if you do 1 circle and about 30 minutes if you do 5 circles with a rest of 2 minutes.

There are only 6 exercises in the workout for 30 seconds of execution and 10 seconds of rest between exercises. Try to give all your best in each exercise while choosing such a pace to reach the end! If some exercise is difficult for you, make it easier by doing it from your knees or with an incomplete amplitude. In the future, you will become stronger and be able to complete the workout completely!

It's a fat-burning workout, but it's not magical. Without a nutrition plan, a calorie deficit and a balanced diet, you will not build the body of your dreams. It only works in combination: hard training + nutrition + recovery (sleep) = dream body. Remember this formula!
