A free speech lawsuit filed on behalf of a 12-year-old boy against his Massachusetts school ran into some trouble during a Wednesday hearing as a District Court denied his attorneys' request for a temporary injunction.

A Boston judge ruled that Liam Morrison cannot wear a shirt that reads 'there are only two genders' while the case over the garment is still being decided.
