Thin copper metal foil barrel super hot air balloon with surface triangle pouches, tethered via central pipe axle to ground generator, self-floating with hot-air starter and continue to float with solar heat, wind profile rectangle area A=2rh, hot air volume V=pi*r^2*h. The copper metal surface outside can be torched/burned to black, making it a thermo-couple sheet, being able to generate direct current from the solar heat. Typical balloon size r=5m, h=20m, A=200m^2, V=1570m^3, wind power 40W/m^2 at 4m/s, power P=8kW at 4m/s, wind power P=½qv^3, where air density q=1.2kg/m^3. Can be used a wind catch tower when 4-point cable tethered in place, also as solar heat and rain water mist collector. Hot air density 0.9kg/m^3 at 100C, 0.27kg/m^3 at 1000C. Copper melting point 1100C, density 9g/cm^3. Can be made a hot-air floating wind catcher fast deploy balloon tower with outer double layer air compartment.
