Barrel Wind Catcher Tower (Copper Thin Film Tube Balloon)

High temperature/strength copper thin film double layer duct balloon for catching wind, solar and mist rain water, 4-tethered to ground to a ground wind turbine and water catch, with a heated air fan pump down the tube column, or let the wind push the hot air down the tube by itself. Also works as self-powered floating super heated solar hot air balloon. A hot air balloon should be cross braced into 4 quadrants, with cross section internal foil walls. A thing tube hot air balloon with a rim tube should be radially braced with internal walls, split in multiple internal sectors. Could also be an aluminium foil that is coated to black with graphite, absorbing solar heat, and having raised melting temperature above 600C, being able to contain solar heat. Aluminium foil also provides reflective surface for solar concentration.
