BRICS top diplomats cement cooperation for multipolarity boost

South Africa's foreign minister has hailed BRICS as an organization that helps foster a much-desired multipolar world.

The comments came during the organization's ministerial meeting in Cape Town, which is part of the preparations ahead of the group's formal summit in August.
