What is going on in the North clearing next to Martin Marietta? Looks like the tree chewing is over at the moment, will this be the ecological paradise? It's close to the Colorado River, you can see the factory in the background (especially when they 86 Martin Marietta) and maybe a downtown view; not too bad. However, the EP doesn't need to be flat, and it doesn't seem like enough area to have hiking trails, etc.. We shall see. If any of y'all have inside info, please share (only if you're willing).
