Sri Lankan authorities rush to contain dengue fever outbreak

A sharp increase in dengue fever infections is stretching Sri Lanka’s already overburdened health services.
Authorities are concentrating on eradicating breeding sites of the Aedes aegypti mosquitos that spread the virus.
But experts say this does not go far enough.
