In this episode, we get invited to a party by Dad in the underground restaurant at the government complex. However, Count Zap crashes the party and causes a major blackout and trapping everyone down below. We have to search the generator and hunt down Zap's navi, Elec Man. All the while, dealing with limited power in our PET.
