What aspect of your life do you want to transform, habits, attitudes, relationship, career, etc, anything really. What would this transformation look like? How would your life change as a result? Draft a plan of action for achieving this transformation.

Script about what your life looks like one year from now – in what ways have you grown and expanded? What new experiences have you embraced? What kind of person have you become? Write a letter AS your future self, describing all of these things.
