To provide legal certainty to business and citizens, the Commission has proposed a directive laying down rules on corporate due diligence obligations. Closing statements by Didier REYNDERS, European Commissioner for Justice and Lara WOLTERS (S&D, NL), Rapporteur. This transcription is a result of an automatic process. Please check against delivery.
