Welcome to another recording! This audio segment was is part of "The Law of attraction book. " In this segment Abraham on goes on to explain how thoughts jump train. In other words, you have one negative thought about a friend, the next thing you know you have you dovetail with another thought one before you know it you remember a grade school argument you had years ago. Or your friends calls you up to tell you the latest gossip in your friend group. The only way you could have come into contact with the first initial thought is if you were already in the vicinity with negative emotion. Now you could have easily shut that first initial thought down with " that's old and how do I want to feel now ?." But of course you have be well versed and catch it early on . It's like the bumping cars analogy as Abraham likes to use the analogy of Esther at the top of the hill in San Francisco pushing a car down hill. If you stop it when your still at the top nothing happens, if you try midway down the hill you will end up with seriously hurt. And so that is how our thoughts can either get the best of us or the worst of us!For further details on this recording and so much more, please visit www.abraham-hicks.com.
