Hear this with your logical mind, not your emotional mind.

That’s something that I have been training myself to do for the last 2 years. Because I used to listen and look for information, but would sometimes become offended by what I heard.
My mind had been programmed to hear things that I didn’t agree with, or like. As a personal attack against myself.
Once I realized I was doing this, and preventing myself from learning and allowing other ideas and concepts to enter my subconscious. Now that I know, and I can self correct when I catch myself slacking. I feel like it has been extremely beneficial to expanding my awareness and understanding people around me… who may have thoughts and ideas, that differ from my own. Which is ok. We need to be able to communicate with everyone, so that we can love each other. Warts and all. We all very imperfect and flawed. And we have all been victims of the same psychological experimentation, and mkultra programming for our entire lives. Learning this, is very traumatizing and scary. Because we do not want to believe that other HUMANS would do this to us.
If any good comes from this last 3-4 years of constant hell and abuse on so many different levels. I hope it is the ability to see one another, as we see ourselves. And in that, love and accept.. stand together in defiance of the unacceptable.
