Leaflet Projectiles Urge Ukrainian Soldiers To Surrender

18.05.23 - Central Military District artillerymen are firing specially adapted BM-21 Grad missiles armed with leaflets encouraging Ukrainian soldiers to save their lives by surrendering voluntarily and preventing meaningless bloodshed.

The special leaflet projectiles have been adapted with a warhead loaded with rolls of the pieces instead of warheads and explosives.

A calculated timer triggers their fuses. After the projectile bursts, the leaflets are scattered over more than one square kilometer.
