According to sources, a Russian civilian radar satellite that was launched on May 27 is capable of conducting reconnaissance against Ukrainian military facilities. According to a source, the satellite can monitor the movement of Ukrainian troops, ships, and planes. The satellite would be able to keep an eye on the operations of other nations, the source told Sputnik. According to the Sputnik article, the new Kondor-FKA radar satellite will undertake reconnaissance against Kyiv's military facilities at least twice every day. According to Roscosmos, the radar satellite will enable continuous, all-weather monitoring of the continents of the Earth.
