Uruguay drought: Water supplies in capital run dangerously low

An historic drought in Uruguay has dried out the reservoirs that provide water for the country's capital, Montevideo.
Low rainfall and high temperatures across the southern region of South America have also hit crops in neighbouring Argentina.
