2S9 Nona-S and 240-mm self-propelled mortar 2S4 Tyulpan

Artillery units of the Airborne Forces, equipped Nona-S guns and 240-mm self-propelled mortars Tyulpan, daily conduct combat work to destroy command and observation posts, manpower and fortified areas of the Armed Forces of Ukraine dug in the forest. After the enemy positions are detected by the crews of unmanned aerial vehicles, the paratroopers receive a command to use artillery units. Crews of Nona self-propelled guns move to firing positions, carry out aiming and inflict fire damage on manpower, destroying command and observation posts.

Correction of fire and control of hitting targets is carried out from quadrocopters.
Having destroyed the identified targets, the crews quickly change positions. With aimed fire, the fortified structures of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, along with the Nona-S, also destroy the crews of self-propelled mortars Tyulpan.
