Easiest way to walk through the Liturgy of the Hours For beginners

This is a really simple set up on how to use the ribbons in your Brebery also known as the Liturgy of the Hours Single volume Christian Prayer book. I'm walking you through where the most important sections are and how best to utilize a simple system. I recommend if you aren't praying in a group like me to pray all the morning spots in intercession focusing on one section, and then praying the next morning spot and so on. Do the same for the evening time. I hope this has helped others walk through this prayer book.
