GBI ARRESTS THREE: The GBI has released the names of those arrested today “on charges stemming from the ongoing investigation of individuals responsible for numerous criminal acts at the future site of the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center and other metro Atlanta locations.”

One of the three arrested, Marlon Kautz, has previously spoken to members of the press in support of #StopCopCity groups saying in this video captured on December 14, 2022 that “the police have been engaging in a deliberate campaign to demonize this movement.” Marlon Kautz has been one of the more public figures speaking against the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center. The GBI has charged Kautz with money laundering and Charity Fraud.
