Neighborhood calling for change after 3-year-old struck, killed by car in hit-and-run

The West Price Hill neighborhood is calling for change after a three-year-old was hit and killed by a vehicle in a hit-and-run. The crash at the intersection of Heyward Street and First Avenue killed one child and another was injured.
