Biden optimistic debt ceiling deal will pass the House Wednesday night

President Joe Biden told reporters at the White House Wednesday that he expects the House of Representatives to pass the debt ceiling deal tonight. The House is expected to vote on the bill’s final passage at 8:30 p.m. ET Wednesday evening.
