How Social Media Is Causing Anxiety and Depression

The problem with the false facade of social media is that everyone only ever presents their best selves or best moments. When we only ever see everyone else's best moments, we begin to compare our reality with that false facade and the result is skyrocketing anxiety and depression because we can never live up to perceived perfection. This trend has permeated the Church and story and testimony allow us to put a stop to this trend.
