Never Skip Leg Day!

Noel Deyzel is right.

You must train legs if you want to become
“Legendary”.

The problem with skipping leg day is not so much that your leg muscles won’t grow that day.

It is the lack of discipline derived from skipping a workout that is the issue

This will ultimately lead to the hindering of your success.

This will prevent you from being Legendary!

Today is Leg Day.

Now go out there and train!
