Shocking Attack on Pro-Lifers

Two older pro-life counselors – one 73 and one 80 – were peacefully praying and offering literature outside a Baltimore-area Planned Parenthood clinic when they were savagely attacked and beaten, one dangerously close to death, by an enraged abortion supporter. And even worse, the attacker literally told a Planned Parenthood employee to hold his drink so he could nearly kill these innocent men. And instead of calling the police or asking him to stop, she just held the drink.
This is sick. This man should be locked up before he actually does kill someone. And in the meantime, while Baltimore authorities attempt to locate the assailant, the mainstream media, the Left, Maryland leadership, and even the Biden Administration have been suspiciously quiet. How long before another abortion radical gets the idea that this violent bully got away with it and commits a similar attack?
The ACLJ has no intention of being quiet. We’ve represented scores of pro-life counselors and volunteers and their life-saving work. And we’re taking action now to represent these two men who were brutally attacked and seriously injured for trying to minister to desperate mothers and save innocent babies.
No video of the assault has been released yet, but it is our understanding that there is footage of the attack, and the Baltimore police are reviewing it in their search for the attacker. But according to witnesses, one of our clients, 73-year-old Mark Crosby, was tackled into a large planter, made of solid concrete or stone, and then he was kicked in the face. He is currently blind in one eye as a result of this barbaric assault. The pictures of his injuries are hard to look at, and impossible to get out of your head.
That’s why we will not rest until the man who committed this atrocity is captured and charged, and we will be in court to see that he receives the maximum sentence.
Attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers escalated after the reversal of Roe v. Wade last year. And there’s been little response, or even concern, from the Left and the Biden Administration. But as we’ve told you, the Left worships at the altar of abortion. Planned Parenthood provides millions of dollars to the campaigns of pro-abortion candidates, including Joe Biden. Their silence could have dangerous consequences. We have to counter their silence as loudly as we can.
The message must be sent that this is never okay, and there will be harsh consequences for attacks on innocent pro-life volunteers. We will aid the Baltimore authorities in any way possible until justice is served and this man is locked up.
