Isaiah 26:1-15 The Rock of Ages

In this chapter of Isaiah we are still in what the bible scholars call the Apocalypse of Isaiah. We read end of times scripture that divulge an enemy of old in the dark realm, the fallen ones, or Raphiem. It's important to understand there is no salvation for the fallen angels or their offspring, the Nephilim you can't negotiate, find compromise with, or obtain mercy from them.
