The ATF was dealt a major blow to the brace rule recently, and the court clarified that all FPC members are covered by the recent injunction. What does this mean for normal folks? And what can we expect to happen in the case moving forward? The only acceptable outcome is a total reversal of the rule and the ATF and other regulatory agencies being stripped of their alleged power to make what they think are "laws."
