In the video recorded in Malaya Rogan, about 18 km east of the center of Kharkov several Russian POWs lay on the floor with their hands tied up and wounds on their knees. Many of them look like there's not much time left for them, about to totally bleed out.

◾In the last 30 seconds of the video 3 Russian POWs are shoot on their legs while the Ukrainians ask them "were are the officers?" "Who is the officer?".
