Hello Friends, Today in this video I am going to build a portable hand crank Electric Generator for more than 110v - 240v. In Emergency Situations, this is going to provide Emergency Electrical Power to Charge your phone or Light a Small led or Run Any Small Appliances in your Home. This TURNABLE MOTOR I take out from an old Microwave Oven and it's similar to a hand-cranked charger available in the market which Generates 5v. but our Portable battery charger will provide up to 500v AC current at 4 watts. It does not store energy in the battery instead you just have to turn the handle and your power generators are ready to use. Portable Charger - Hand-Cranked AC Power Generator - Emergency Electricity from the synchronous motor.
Microwave oven motor uses more incredible things to do with your microwave oven motor known as a synchronous motor.
I remembered I had a Turntable Motor in a microwave oven that would Generate a Considerable amount of voltage if manually driven. Although it does not produce a lot of currents, I used the turntable motor from a microwave oven as a generator. These are low-speed motors, and if you turn the crank you will get AC power at the motor's terminals.
CAUTION: Open circuit voltage may reach or even exceed 200 VAC depending on how fast you turn the shaft and will administer a nasty electric shock if contacted. Be careful around the connections!
DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME. This video is just for entertainment and educational purposes only. Do not take apart microwave ovens you could get a bad shock! I say this because I don't want anyone getting hurt..let myself and the others that do this kind of stuff on here build it for you. Do not pass high-powered magnets over this transformer core you could get a zap. Quick video on a hand crank generator built from a microwave oven. I built this thing very quickly so it's very crappy my apologies.
The idea for this video was to try and build a generator from one microwave oven in an emergency so you could try and charge a cell phone or run some LEDs. This is not a practical thing to build it has a very low wattage output.
it would be very hard to build without tools or a drill, but it may be possible to build if you had a nail as a punch, some tin snips, hammer screwdrivers, etc. The video is just an example and really just a demo rig, I think preppers like this kind of stuff and I like to build things out of random unwanted items as a hobby. If others can get some ideas or pick up some info from my videos that is awesome.
I hope you like this video & please subscribe to my channel for more informative videos.
