Seoul, Tokyo residents react to N.Korea's failed launch

South Korean authorities issued emergency alerts and brief evacuation warnings on Wednesday (May 31) morning after North Korea failed to launch a satellite toward the south, according to the South Korean military. People in Japan awoke to similar alerts with some people uncertain of what was happening.
