Coronavirus Is Here: Now What? - Bonus Mindfulness

Obviously the Coronavirus has been big in the news lately, and I found myself at the supermarket among some empty shelves. It was a stark reminder that this is real and happening, even in our rural hamlet of SW New Hampshire.

If there's a positive about this illness circulating, it's that folks are undoubtedly learning what they should be prepared for. A two week quarantine or "forced bug-in" scenario is a real possibility, and folks are scrambling to prepare.

Just some thoughts I shared in the car as they came to me (I was parked!). If this sort of thing can bring awareness to folks about being more self reliant, I think we should be ready to help out in teaching, even at the basic level.
