Morgan from @GoldShawFarm recently reached out and asked if I would be interested in helping out during their annual geese processing day. What I learned that day had forever changed my view on geese.

Morgan gave me a tour of the farm, I got to meet Toby, the livestock guardian dog, and then we got down to business.
