REP DUSTY: Republicans have never won a debt ceiling before, ever. We have never gotten meaningful cuts. So here are the four Republican wins. There're about 10 of 'em, but here are the four most important that I think your viewers deserve to understand. And CBO has its 2.1 trillion worth of cuts. It's the largest ever, uh, deficit reduction in this country's history. Number two, it's the largest ever rescission or clawback of funds away from an administration in our nation's history. Number three, it will unlock American energy to an extent we have not seen in decades.
And number four, it is the most substantial welfare reform provisions we have seen since 1996.
