Rep. Biggs gives his take on how Speaker McCarthy can reconcile with the Freedom Caucus

Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) says there are strategies House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) could use to offset the debt limit deal that would reduce government spending through alternate legislation. Rep. Biggs says Rep. McCarthy is so busy defending this bill that he doesn’t believe the House Speaker is willing to repair things going forward.
