JLP tells of a man who's been working on himself. He realized he wasn't any of the things he thought he was, and panicked. But he also realized he couldn't go back. There's nothing to go back to. Nobody has love! You don't have to break out your ex-boyfriend's car windows. (The Devil will often tell you to cry out to God and pray for help. But you're praying to the Devil when you do that — freaking out over nothing!) Work on yourself, meaning watch the thoughts, and let them go. Only the light of God can kill the darkness.
